ABSTRACT

Henry Wells, better known as express man, represents one of the greatest figures of the tourist and service field, his biggest achievements was giving an excellent quality service. One of his special services, was security, he tired to offer this to all his clients no mattering what. These circumstances must be known by the students of Administracion de Instituciones, Wells is a great example for these expertise’s, these focuses in giving extra value to the service, this character represent exactly this, an excellent service.

            To understand better this topic, the investigation of the biography of Wells is really important, with this in hand, it is easier to understand which are the biggest achievements of this famous figure, and how he worked to achieve all his goals. The investigation of his life makes easier to understand the path he followed to get as recognize as he did. Not only triumphs make him a winner, also the hard times make him stronger.

All of this information was gather in two months, the investigation was made in the scholar period of autumn 2010. A lot of dedication and hard work was put in to it; the interest to let people know about this character was the motivation to keep working. Finally after doing an analysis of the results that were thrown by the survey, different conclusions and observations were made.  The students that answer the survey do know about Henry Wells and his achievements, this showing that our first inquiries were correct.
